Returns & Damaged Packages

We take great care in packing your products. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us via swastisoaps@gmail.com or DM on Instagram. We will assist you promptly.

• Free shipping is treated as a discount; if returned items reduce your order below the free shipping threshold, the discount will be reclaimed.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: Please allow 3–7 days for delivery. If lost, contact us via email or DM. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided.
• Damaged Packages: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery. We handle claims case by case.
