Shipping Policy

We proudly ship all orders using 99% zero-waste packaging. Our boxes are made from cardboard, filled with paper cushioning, and sealed with recyclable or biodegradable tape — with no plastic labels or bubble wrap.

To protect the quality of your soaps, we use a minimal layer of shrink wrap where necessary. While this isn’t zero-waste, we keep its use as low as possible and are continuously working toward more sustainable alternatives. ♻️✨

 

• Lead Time: 2–3 working days (3–5 during busy periods like Valentine’s & Christmas)
• Urgent Orders: Add “please hurry” in checkout notes — we’ll do our best to speed up preparation

 

Delivery: Our courier will call before delivery. You may reschedule if unavailable. Packages may be returned if calls are not answered.
